Using TableBuddy

TableBuddy is a work-in-progress tabletop RPG campaign and session tool. The v1.0 local core is intended to remain free, including local use and manual exports. Features may change as the app develops.

Optional Support Payments

• Support payments are voluntary and help fund development.
• Monthly support options renew each month until canceled.
• One-time support is charged once.
• Support payments are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
• Support does not guarantee future paid-tier access, a specific feature, or a permanent benefit.
• Monthly supporter perks may include opt-in public recognition, supporter-only notes, early-build invites when available, occasional roadmap/input polls, and possible future badge or credit.

Refunds And Cancellations

• Monthly supporters can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support@tablebuddyapp.com.
• Cancellation stops future renewals.
• One-time support payments are generally final, but you can contact support@tablebuddyapp.com for duplicate charges, accidental payments, or checkout errors.
• Payment method updates and failed-payment handling are managed through Stripe.

Local Data And Backups

Current core app data is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for exports and backups. Clearing browser storage may remove local TableBuddy data.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the site, forms, checkout flow, or app.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, attack, or abuse the service.
• Do not use TableBuddy for unlawful activity.

Ownership

TableBuddy branding, site content, and app materials belong to TableBuddy or Killer Cat Studios unless otherwise noted. You keep ownership of your own campaign notes, characters, and tabletop content.

No Warranty And Limitation

TableBuddy is provided as is, especially while it is still in development. We will keep working to make it useful and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free behavior, or that every planned feature will ship.
